Boggs named agent of the year

Professional Insurance Agents & Independent Insurance Agents of Montana gathered for their joint conference in Billings on October 9 and 10 this year.

Jade Boggs, Baker, was named the Montana Independent Agent of the year. Boggs is the current owner and manager of three southeastern Montana agencies, taking over the family business from his father, Dale Boggs, who retired in January of 2016. These agencies include, Insurance Store in Baker, Ekalaka Insurance, and Broadus Insurance.

Earlier this year, Boggs was also named to the top fifty-five young guns, under the age of 40, on the 2017 list for insurance professionals by Insurance Business America magazine. This is a prestigious honor.

Boggs and his staff are experienced in all types of insurance including: home, automobile, farm/ranch, commercial, workers' compensation, and health, just to name a few. Because his stores are independent, they are able to represent over 100 insurance companies.

Boggs lives in Baker with his wife, Jessica (Breitbach), and their two children, Capri and Jameson. He works out of an office based at the Insurance Store in Baker.
