    Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking public comment on a draft revision to the Upland Game Bird Enhancement Program Strategic Plan (UGBEP). The comment deadline has been extended from Nov. 30 to Dec. 30.     At a recent board meeting, Montana High School Association announced realignment for 8-Man football. The board approved the St Regis-Mullan (Idaho) co-op sponsorship and placed the team in the 8-Man Western division. The board also approved moving Twin Bridges up from 6-Man to 8-Man football.     Both defendants in an assault case in Fallon County have now pleaded guilty to the charges against them, with the sentencing for both individuals being moved to January. Tucker Tooke and Turner Tooke were both charged with assault with a weapon, a felony, following an incident that occurred outside of Baker last year.
