Rural fire refresher

Carter County Rural Fire held their annual refresher course on Tuesday at the Events Center in Ekalaka. Afterwards, several of the trucks were lined up for a picture at the high school parking lot. All trucks will be sporting new rural fire decals this year depicting a bulldog.
