Help support School Readiness Program

The Hammond and Hawks Home Schools are running a fundraiser through Schwan’s to help cover the cost of the School Readiness Program, which offers preschool aged kids the opportunity to be in a classroom once a week.

An ambitious goal of $800 has been set to help cover the cost of school readiness. By ordering Schwan’s through the link below, the School Readiness Program receives 20 percent of the sale, at no additional cost to the customer.
