Days of '85 parade still a go, start planning now

This year’s Days of ‘85 parade is quickly approaching. With the fair only three weeks away, now is the time for businesses, ranches, churches, organizations and classes to start brainstorming float ideas.

“Let the Good Times Roll” is this year’s fair and parade theme. The parade is scheduled for Sunday, August 9 at 11 a.m.. Entries for the parade are due by Friday, August 7. Late entries may be accepted, but will not be judged.

Floats can start to line up at 9:30 a.m. at Fruit Service and Repair and should be in place by 10:15 a.m. Entries can be submitted over the phone by calling 406-853-211...
