JV boys win at buzzer

The JV boys’ basketball team won on a last second ‘throw’ at the basket on Saturday in Wibaux.

The Dogs got off to a slow start and were down double digits in the second quarter before storming back in the third when they outscored the Longhorns 24-6. The game was tied at 40 as the finally seconds closed. Sophomore Tucker Tooke threw up a prayer towards the basket that somehow went in at the buzzer, giving the JV squad a three-point victory.

Jaden Pardee had 13 points and Brayden Bucholz had 9 rebounds to lead the way for CCHS.
