Do you want to have a website you can finally use and keep updated? How about turning your great ideas into great marketing? Or build your audience so folks know when and where to get information? This training series is built to help demystify the options and find solutions that work for you and your organization.

Join Eastern Plains Economic Development Corporation for a series of digital package workshops. All sessions are presented by the Montana Nonprofit Association and will take place via Zoom starting at 5:30 p.m. There is no cost to participate. Attendees may feel free to attend one, two or all of the sessions.

The first session on February 16th, "Your One Page Website: Website Basics" will cover domains, hosts, URLs, etc. Learn how to build a website that works for your organization, builds trust in your organization, and is easily maintained and updated. Plus, find out how to take advantage of .orgs.

The second session on February 23rd will cover web presence, including when and why to use social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. It will also touch on SEO optimizing and Google business listings.

The third session on February 28th will cover outreach services. What role does email outreach play for your organization? What services exist; how can you use them well; how do you build an audience? What do you do when you have your audience, how do you engage them? MailChimp, Vertical Response, Canva, Pixler, StockPhoto and gathering your own local images will be explored.

The final session on March 2, "Cloud Document Sharing," will explain the benefit of cloud sharing for your organization, and how can you utilize it. How do you decide and set up email addresses for your organization? What are best practices in email addresses for organizations, and how can you create consistency and familiarity? Platforms explored will include Gmail, Office 365 and GSuite.
