The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to announce and invite the public to comment on a proposal to reconstruct approximately nine miles of Montana Highway 7 (MT 7), north of Ekalaka. The project begins roughly 8 miles north of Ekalaka, ending 2 miles north of the intersection with Secondary Highway 322 (Webster Road).

Proposed work includes complete reconstruction of the roadway, including improved roadway geometry and slopes, two-foot-wide shoulders with rumble strips, new drainage structures, upgraded signage and pavement markings. The purpose of the project is to bri...
