The last time the Bulldogs played the Longhorns resulted in their only conference loss of the season. The first teams to step up and begin the games for the evening were the JV teams.     The Bureau of Land Management has opened a public scoping period for an environmental assessment that will address two plans of development submitted by Denbury Resources, Inc., to conduct an enhanced oil recovery project in the Cedar Creek Anticline and install a 110-mile 20-inch pipeline from the Bell Creek Oil Field to the Cedar Creek Anticline Oil Field within the Miles City Field Office. Joyce passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Fallon Medical Complex in Baker, MT. Joyce Ann was born March 6, 1935 in Waubay, SD, the daughter of Edward and Agnes (Weyh) Zubke.     The 28th Annual Alzada Cowboy Poetry, Music and Art Show held on October 1 at the Alzada Hall was a success according to organizers. The proceeds from lunch and donations were greater than last year and over 150 people enjoyed the day. Carroll, appointed to the Board of Public Education in 2007 and again in 2012 is in her 22nd year of teaching math at Carter County High School.
