    Carter County Chamber of Commerce members will elect officers at their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 12. The meeting will take place at the Ekalaka Public Schools board room at 6 p.m. A change in bylaws last year moved the elections to March of each year so that current members had a chance to pay dues before elections took place.     The 2019 Baker Hoop It Up 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament is scheduled for July 26, beginning at 9 a.m. in downtown Baker.
